【摘要】：正主持人的話:4月25日,最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院以及人民銀行、銀監(jiān)會(huì)、證監(jiān)會(huì)、保監(jiān)會(huì)等14家國家機(jī)關(guān)召開處置非法集資部際聯(lián)席會(huì)議,決定于5月至7月組織各省展開涉嫌非法集資專項(xiàng)排查活動(dòng)。而年初又一批P2P公司的跑路,也再度引發(fā)對基層金融消費(fèi)者保護(hù)問題的思考。農(nóng)村金融是我國金融體系的重要組成部分,也是金融領(lǐng)域的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。農(nóng)村金融立法的緊迫性在2017年的中央一號文件首次體現(xiàn)。尤其隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對農(nóng)村市場的攻占,一些"創(chuàng)新"似乎偏離了軌道,正在"創(chuàng)造新的
[Abstract]:Words of the moderator: on April 25, the Supreme people's Court, the Supreme people's Procuratorate and 14 state organs, including the people's Bank of China, the Banking Regulatory Commission, the Securities Regulatory Commission, and the CIRC, held an inter-ministerial joint meeting to deal with illegal fund-raising, and decided to organize special investigation activities for suspected illegal fund-raising in various provinces from May to July. At the beginning of the year, another batch of P2P companies ran away, which also rekindled the thinking on the protection of financial consumers at the grass-roots level. Rural finance is not only an important part of China's financial system, but also a weak link in the financial field. The urgency of rural financial legislation was first reflected in the first document of the Central Committee in 2017. Especially with the capture of rural markets by Internet finance, some "innovation" seems to have deviated from the track and is "creating new ones."
