【摘要】：建設(shè)上海國(guó)際航運(yùn)中心和國(guó)際海事司法中心已經(jīng)成為國(guó)家大計(jì)。在此背景下,我國(guó)應(yīng)以英國(guó)《勞氏法律報(bào)告》為藍(lán)本,結(jié)合目前大力推廣的案例指導(dǎo)制度,并且依托上海在航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)中得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì),分析打造上海版"勞式報(bào)告"的必要性、可行性,進(jìn)而提供具體措施。
[Abstract]:The construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center and International Maritime Justice Center has become a national plan. In this context, China should take the Lloyd's legal report of the United Kingdom as the blueprint, combine with the current case guidance system, and rely on the unique advantages of Shanghai in the shipping market. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building the Shanghai version of the Labor report, and then provides specific measures.
