【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的個(gè)人金融信息不再是一個(gè)單純的抽象概念,而是以文字、圖案等載體客觀存在的一種財(cái)產(chǎn),具有財(cái)產(chǎn)性,進(jìn)而衍生出一種財(cái)產(chǎn)性權(quán)利,民眾對(duì)這種財(cái)產(chǎn)性權(quán)利的保護(hù)也越來(lái)越重視。但同時(shí),網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)字化特征使得一切個(gè)人信息均表現(xiàn)為數(shù)據(jù),數(shù)據(jù)是網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下個(gè)人金融信息的唯一載體。由于相關(guān)法律制度尚不健全,網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下個(gè)人金融信息也存在易泄露風(fēng)險(xiǎn),如何更好地保護(hù)個(gè)人金融信息成為我們急需解決的問題。目前,保護(hù)個(gè)人金融信息的相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)比較籠統(tǒng)、雜散,沒有形成體系。制定一部統(tǒng)一的保護(hù)個(gè)人金融信息的法律,是網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下保護(hù)個(gè)人金融信息的必然選擇。
[Abstract]:The personal financial information under the network environment is no longer a simple abstract concept, but a kind of property which exists objectively in the carrier of words, patterns, etc., which has the property character, and then derives a kind of property right. People also pay more and more attention to the protection of this kind of property rights. But at the same time, the digital features of the network make all personal information as data, data is the only carrier of personal financial information under the network environment. Because the relevant legal system is not perfect and the personal financial information is easy to leak under the network environment, how to better protect the personal financial information has become an urgent problem for us to solve. At present, the protection of personal financial information related laws and regulations are relatively general, scattered, no system. Making a unified law to protect personal financial information is an inevitable choice to protect personal financial information under the network environment.
