【摘要】：五花八門的合伙人制度中,只有基于合伙人理念設(shè)計(jì)的才是真實(shí)合伙人制度。因?yàn)楦鱾�行業(yè)的不同特點(diǎn),這些合伙人制度設(shè)計(jì)得各有不同。本文結(jié)合對行業(yè)特點(diǎn)以及現(xiàn)在面臨的問題分析,通過案例分析人力資本型企業(yè)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)以及處于轉(zhuǎn)型期的傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的合伙人制度的不同。
[Abstract]:Among all kinds of partner system, only one based on the concept of partner is the real partner system. Because of the different characteristics of each industry, these partner systems are designed differently. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the industry and the current problems, this paper analyzes the differences of the partner systems of human capital enterprises, Internet enterprises and traditional enterprises in the transition period.
