【摘要】：正2017年9月16—17日,由中國法學(xué)會財稅法學(xué)研究會主辦、江西財經(jīng)大學(xué)法學(xué)院承辦的中國法學(xué)會財稅法學(xué)研究會2017年年會(含第二次會員代表大會)暨第27屆海峽兩岸財稅法學(xué)術(shù)研討會在江西財經(jīng)大學(xué)召開。來自海峽兩岸理論界與實務(wù)界的300余位代表出席了本屆年會。中國法學(xué)會副會長、原中國人民解放軍軍事科學(xué)院副院長任海泉中將,臺灣地區(qū)稅法學(xué)會理事長、東吳大學(xué)葛克昌教授,中國法學(xué)會財稅法
[Abstract]:On September 16-17, 2017, sponsored by the Finance and Taxation Law Research Association of the Chinese Law Society, The 2017 Annual Conference (including the second member Congress) and the 27th Symposium on Finance and Taxation Law of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics were held in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics by the Law School of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. More than 300 representatives from the theoretical and practical circles of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait attended the annual meeting. Gen. Ren Haiquan, Vice President of the Chinese Law Society and former Vice President of the Chinese people's Liberation Army Academy of military Sciences, Chairman of the Taiwan tax Law Association, Professor GE Kechang of Soochow University, and Finance and Taxation Law of the Chinese Law Society
