【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的崛起,信息風(fēng)險(xiǎn)已經(jīng)成為影響其良性發(fā)展的重要問題,信息系統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、賬戶信息風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、用戶信息風(fēng)險(xiǎn)層出不窮�，F(xiàn)有相關(guān)立法主要包括刑事立法、行政立法,但是存在框架不夠細(xì)密、未能及時(shí)回應(yīng)現(xiàn)實(shí)、缺乏對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融消費(fèi)者信息的保護(hù)等問題。應(yīng)健全互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融信息安全立法體系,重視互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融企業(yè)的信息保護(hù),并且嚴(yán)厲打擊侵犯互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融消費(fèi)者信息行為。
[Abstract]:With the rise of Internet finance, information risk has become an important problem affecting its benign development. Information system risk, account information risk and user information risk emerge one after another. The existing relevant legislation mainly includes criminal legislation, administrative legislation, but the framework is not detailed enough, the lack of timely response to reality, lack of Internet financial consumer information protection and other issues. It is necessary to perfect the legislative system of Internet financial information security, attach importance to the information protection of Internet financial enterprises, and severely crack down on infringing the information behavior of Internet financial consumers.
