【摘要】：就目前我國風(fēng)險投資發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀看,與美國風(fēng)險投資間還存在不小的差距。美國和日本在金融大爆炸和金融體系重建的過程中,將市場型間接融資模式引入,使得傳統(tǒng)的科技創(chuàng)新金融支持模式發(fā)生了根本性改變。日本科技創(chuàng)新金融支持體系的發(fā)展模式在深化銀行體制改革、發(fā)展資本市場和風(fēng)險投資及完善政策法律體系等方面對我國科技發(fā)展具有重要啟示。
[Abstract]:According to the present situation of venture capital development in China, there is still a big gap between venture capital and American venture capital. In the process of financial explosion and financial system reconstruction, the United States and Japan introduced the market-based indirect financing model, which made the traditional financial support mode of science and technology innovation fundamentally changed. The development model of Japan's science and technology innovation financial support system has important implications for the development of science and technology in China in the aspects of deepening the reform of banking system, developing capital market and venture capital, and perfecting the policy and legal system.
