【摘要】：正1992年,為了從傳統(tǒng)計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,我國制定發(fā)布了《企業(yè)會計(jì)準(zhǔn)則》(以下簡稱《準(zhǔn)則》)和《企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)通則》(以下簡稱《通則》)。"兩則"的發(fā)布在當(dāng)時(shí)被認(rèn)為是中國會計(jì)史上的一個(gè)重要里程碑和企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的重大變革,得到了各界人士的廣泛關(guān)注。其中,《通則》更是為我國獨(dú)有,具有中國特色。隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展,雖然"兩則"于2006年再次修訂,但《通則》的影響力卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于《準(zhǔn)
