[Abstract]:After more than 10 years of development, the personal e-commerce (C-2 C) model has been generally accepted by the society. But from the angle of government, there are no perfect laws and regulations. Although some provisions have been introduced in recent years, there is still a certain distance from a truly operational legal system. From here we can generalize two questions.
