【摘要】：國家法制化進(jìn)程的加快,對(duì)國有企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。國有企業(yè)要以法治化思維審視社會(huì)責(zé)任,從管理層和員工兩方面提升全員社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí);要融社會(huì)責(zé)任于依法治企戰(zhàn)略,通過依法合規(guī)經(jīng)營、構(gòu)建和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系等途徑增強(qiáng)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任能力;要健全完善社會(huì)責(zé)任組織管理體系、信息披露制度、社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,提升國有企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任履行水平。
[Abstract]:The acceleration of the process of national legalization puts forward higher requirements for the construction of social responsibility of state-owned enterprises. The state-owned enterprises should examine the social responsibility with the thinking of ruling by law, enhance the sense of social responsibility of the whole staff from the two aspects of management and staff, integrate social responsibility into the strategy of managing enterprises according to law, and manage according to the law, It is necessary to perfect the social responsibility organization management system, information disclosure system, social responsibility evaluation mechanism and improve the level of social responsibility performance of state-owned enterprises.
