【摘要】：內幕交易一直是人們關注的熱點,雖然證監(jiān)會一直嚴厲打擊,但屢禁不止。究其原因,內幕交易帶來的巨額利潤的使得一部分人甘愿為此一搏,同時,資本市場監(jiān)管漏洞和上市公司內部治理的缺陷也為內幕交易的實施提供了可行性。本文就證監(jiān)會近日對呂建衛(wèi)開出的行政處罰決定書進行簡述,并對事件產生原因進行簡析。
[Abstract]:Insider trading has been the focus of attention, although the SFC has been cracking down, but repeated prohibitions. The reason is that the huge profits brought by insider trading make some people willing to fight for this. At the same time, the loopholes of capital market supervision and the defects of internal governance of listed companies also provide the feasibility for the implementation of insider trading. This paper gives a brief account of the decision of administrative penalty issued by the CSRC against Lu Jianwei recently, and analyzes the causes of the incident.
