【摘要】：我國農(nóng)村金融經(jīng)濟處在迅速轉(zhuǎn)型的新時期,小微金融企業(yè)一方面在質(zhì)量和數(shù)量上不斷提高,一方面又廣受農(nóng)村金融衍生風(fēng)險所影響和制約。為了解決金融風(fēng)險與金融經(jīng)濟的矛盾,本文介紹小微企業(yè)內(nèi)涵和特點,分析農(nóng)村小微企業(yè)金融衍生風(fēng)險主要現(xiàn)狀,尋找出農(nóng)村小微企業(yè)金融衍生風(fēng)險的法律規(guī)制的現(xiàn)實對策。
[Abstract]:China's rural financial economy is in a new period of rapid transformation. On the one hand, the quality and quantity of small and micro financial enterprises are constantly improved, on the other hand, they are widely influenced and restricted by the risk of financial derivatives in rural areas. In order to solve the contradiction between financial risk and financial economy, this paper introduces the connotation and characteristics of small and micro enterprises, analyzes the main present situation of financial derivative risk of rural small and micro enterprises, and finds out the practical countermeasures of legal regulation of financial derivative risk of rural small and micro enterprises.
