【摘要】：征信法定原則體現(xiàn)了對(duì)政府權(quán)力和征信市場(chǎng)主體行為的制約,調(diào)控適度原則在征信法定原則的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)政府行使職權(quán)提出了更高的要求�？�(jī)效協(xié)調(diào)原則的實(shí)現(xiàn)依賴征信法定原則和調(diào)控適度原則的實(shí)施。在征信立法中,要從整體上貫徹這三個(gè)原則,注重法律規(guī)則之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系和相互配合,使征信立法更加科學(xué)、合理,為我國(guó)征信業(yè)的發(fā)展提供法律保障。
[Abstract]:The legal principle of credit investigation embodies the restriction on the government power and the behavior of the principal body of credit market, and the principle of adjustment and control puts forward higher requirements for the government to exercise its functions and powers on the basis of the legal principle of credit investigation. The realization of the principle of performance coordination depends on the implementation of the legal principle of credit investigation and the principle of appropriate regulation and control. In the legislation of credit investigation, we should carry out these three principles as a whole, pay attention to the internal relations and mutual cooperation between the legal rules and regulations, make the legislation of credit information more scientific and reasonable, and provide legal guarantee for the development of the credit investigation industry in our country.
