【摘要】：雖然新《廣告法》首次將廣告代言人納入法律規(guī)制的范圍,但關(guān)于廣告代言此次修訂仍有很多問題尚未明確。此文提出新《廣告法》中的廣告代言人名為"廣告代言人"實為"廣告薦證者",代言類廣告與普通廣告的區(qū)別在于其自身的"薦證性",兒童不得做廣告代言人但可以做廣告表演者。
[Abstract]:Although the new Advertising Law has for the first time brought the Advertising Advocate into the scope of legal regulation, there are still many questions about the revision of Advertising Advertising. This article puts forward that the advertisement spokesman named "Advertising spokesman" in the New Advertising Law is actually "Advertising Advertising Witness". The difference between endorsing ads and ordinary advertisements lies in their own "recommendation and proof". Children are not allowed to act as Advertising spokesmen, but children are not allowed to act as Advertising spokesmen. You can be an advertiser.
