政府采購法制建設的重大成果——解讀《政府采購法實施條例》

【摘要】：正近日,國務院總理李克強簽署第658號國務院令,公布《中華人民共和國政府采購法實施條例》(以下簡稱《條例》),自2015年3月1日起施行�！稐l例》的出臺,填補了政府采購法律制度體系中配套行政法規(guī)的空白,形成了由法律、行政法規(guī)、地方性法規(guī)、部門規(guī)章等組成的多層次、全方位的制度體系,是我國政府采購法制建設進程中具有里程碑意義的重大成果。
[Abstract]:Recently, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council signed decree No. 658 of the State Council promulgating the regulations on the implementation of the Law on Government Procurement of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the regulations), which will come into effect on March 1, 2015. It has filled in the blank of supporting administrative regulations in the legal system of government procurement, and has formed a multi-level and omnidirectional system composed of laws, administrative regulations, local regulations, departmental regulations, etc. Is our country government procurement legal system construction process has the milestone significance significant achievement.
