【摘要】：正金融爭議解決機制內(nèi)涵及特點金融爭議,又稱金融糾紛,系指在金融商品交易與金融服務(wù)過程中所產(chǎn)生的各類民商事糾紛。根據(jù)不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn),金融爭議可以細化為不同的類別,如依據(jù)爭議主體不同,可分為金融機構(gòu)間的爭議、金融機構(gòu)與非金融業(yè)法人間的爭議,以及金融機構(gòu)與自然
[Abstract]:The connotation and characteristics of financial dispute settlement mechanism, also known as financial dispute, refers to all kinds of civil and commercial disputes arising in the process of financial commodity transaction and financial service. According to different standards, financial disputes can be classified into different categories, such as disputes between financial institutions, disputes between financial institutions and non-financial institutions, and disputes between financial institutions and nature.
