【摘要】：正12月4日是第三個(gè)國家憲法日。從2004年憲法修正案首次對保護(hù)私有財(cái)產(chǎn)作出規(guī)定,這一突破表明私有財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)在我國越來越受重視。有恒產(chǎn)者有恒心。在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài)發(fā)展的今天,保護(hù)民營企業(yè)的產(chǎn)權(quán)更加凸顯其重要性。12月4日是第三個(gè)國家憲法日,弘揚(yáng)憲法精神,堅(jiān)定維護(hù)憲法的最高權(quán)威是我們的共同責(zé)任。由此,我想到我國憲法對私有財(cái)產(chǎn)的保護(hù)。繞不開的誤區(qū):民營企業(yè)"原罪問題"2004年憲法修正案首次對保護(hù)私有財(cái)產(chǎn)作出規(guī)定,集中體現(xiàn)在第十三條:"公民的合法的私有財(cái)產(chǎn)不受侵犯。國家依照法律規(guī)定保護(hù)公民的私有財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)和繼承
[Abstract]:December 4 th is the third National Constitution Day. Since the constitutional amendment in 2004, the protection of private property has been stipulated for the first time. This breakthrough indicates that the protection of private property rights is paid more and more attention in our country. Those who have permanent property have perseverance. Today, when China's economy is developing into a new normal, the importance of protecting the property rights of private enterprises is even more prominent. December 4th is the third National Constitution Day. It is our common responsibility to carry forward the spirit of the Constitution and firmly uphold the supreme authority of the Constitution. From this, I think of the protection of private property in our Constitution. The mistake that cannot be unsolved: the "original sin problem" of the private enterprise "the constitution amendment" of 2004 for the first time makes the stipulation to protect the private property, embodied in Article 13: "the citizen's lawful private property is inviolable." The State protects the private property rights and inheritance of citizens in accordance with the provisions of the law
