【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,隨著移動(dòng)終端的迅速普及,我國APP市場也迎來了井噴式增長,APP為人們的工作生活提供了極大便利,與此同時(shí),亦引發(fā)不少問題。本文由APP市場的事前監(jiān)管和司法救濟(jì)兩個(gè)角度切入,研究APP市場在行政監(jiān)管主體、監(jiān)管手段方面存在的問題,以及開發(fā)者、運(yùn)營者和用戶在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條當(dāng)中所處的位置及其權(quán)益,探討APP市場監(jiān)管的法律規(guī)制問題,提出可行性建議。
[Abstract]:In the era of Internet economy, with the rapid popularization of mobile terminals, the APP market of our country has also ushered in the blowout growth of app to provide great convenience for people's work and life, at the same time, it has also caused many problems. From the perspective of prior supervision and judicial remedy of the APP market, this paper studies the problems existing in the administrative supervision body and the regulatory means of the APP market, as well as the position and interests of the developers, operators and users in the industrial chain. This paper probes into the legal regulation of APP market supervision and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
