【摘要】：市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入作為維護(hù)金融行業(yè)繁榮和穩(wěn)定的"第一道防線"是關(guān)乎國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展和民眾信心的重要制度。我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的金融業(yè)市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入制度存在準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高、準(zhǔn)入斷層大、不予認(rèn)可合會(huì)等傳統(tǒng)民間金融形式的特點(diǎn),造成了"系統(tǒng)性負(fù)投資"、民間金融市場(chǎng)混亂、市場(chǎng)不公平、低效率等問題。在金融發(fā)展理論的指導(dǎo)下,針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入的問題和特點(diǎn),提出降低小規(guī)模民間金融組織準(zhǔn)入門檻、民間金融組織的升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型和部分民間金融心態(tài)的合法化的市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入制度優(yōu)化路徑。
[Abstract]:As the first line of defense to maintain the prosperity and stability of the financial industry, market access is an important system related to the healthy development of the national economy and the confidence of the people. The current financial market access system of our country has the characteristics of high admission standard, large access fault, and the non-recognition of traditional folk financial forms, such as "systematic negative investment", confusion of private financial market, and unfair market. Inefficiency, etc. Under the guidance of the theory of financial development, in view of the problems and characteristics of market access in China at the present stage, it is proposed to lower the threshold of entry for small-scale non-governmental financial organizations. The upgrading and transformation of non-governmental financial organizations and the legalized market access system of some folk finance mentality optimize the path.
