【摘要】：正黨的十八屆四中全會通過了《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進依法治國若干重大問題的決定》(以下簡稱《決定》),這是中國特色社會主義法治道路上的一座里程碑�！稕Q定》全面總結(jié)了新中國成立特別是黨的十一屆三中全會以來我國社會主義法治建設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗,深入剖析了新時期新形勢下法治建設(shè)面臨的突出問題,體現(xiàn)了以習近平同志為總書記的黨中央依法治國理政的堅定決心和信念。銀行監(jiān)管部門要認真學習并深入貫徹《決定》精神,全面加強金融法治建設(shè),推進銀行業(yè)治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee adopted the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on promoting the Rule of Law in an All-round way" (hereinafter referred to as "decision"), which is a milestone on the road to the rule of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics. The successful experience in building the socialist rule of law in China since the founding of New China, especially the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, has been summed up in an all-round way. This paper analyzes in depth the prominent problems facing the construction of the rule of law in the new period and new situation, and embodies the firm determination and belief of the CPC Central Committee, which takes Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary, to run the country according to law and manage the government according to law. Bank supervision departments should conscientiously study and thoroughly implement the spirit of the "decision", comprehensively strengthen the construction of financial rule by law, and promote the modernization of the banking governance system and governance capacity.
