【摘要】：正2015年7月,廣東省發(fā)展和改革委員會修訂公布了新版定價目錄,依法縮減政府定價項目,政府列管定價項目僅有12種65項,放開取消下放的價格達137項,定價項目縮減率66%。改革后,政府的工作重點從事前的資質審批轉移到事中事后的過程監(jiān)管上來。在深化價格改革的大背景下,政府事中事后監(jiān)管能力已經(jīng)成為簡政放權能否繼續(xù)深化改革的制約條件。因此,創(chuàng)新監(jiān)管方式,解決政府事中事后監(jiān)管的"抓手",以科學、規(guī)范的常態(tài)監(jiān)管,代
[Abstract]:In July 2015, the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission revised and published a new pricing catalogue, which reduces government pricing items according to law. After the reform, the government's focus on pre-qualification examination and approval shifted to the process of supervision after the event. Under the background of deepening the price reform, the ability of the government to supervise after the event has become the restriction condition of whether the government can continue to deepen the reform. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the way of supervision and solve the problem of "grasping hands" of government supervision after the event.
