【摘要】：2014年5月,習(xí)近平總書記提出了我國經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)這一概念。在地方考察調(diào)研、座談會及APEC工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會上,總書記就新常態(tài)的概念、主要特點、戰(zhàn)略舉措等重要問題進行了系統(tǒng)闡釋,指出"中國發(fā)展仍處于重要戰(zhàn)略機遇期,我們要增強信心,從當(dāng)前中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的階段性特征出發(fā),適應(yīng)新常態(tài),保持戰(zhàn)略上的平常心態(tài)"。經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)的提出,不僅指明了我國經(jīng)濟未來發(fā)展的方向,也對我國現(xiàn)行法律體系產(chǎn)生了一系列的深遠影響。若要實現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下我國經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,就必須建立與中國經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)相適應(yīng)的相關(guān)法律體系,從而開啟法治建設(shè)護航經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)發(fā)展的全新模式。
[Abstract]:In May 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of a new normal for China's economy. At the local investigation and investigation, the forum and the APEC summit of business leaders, the General Secretary gave a systematic explanation on the concept, main characteristics, and strategic measures of the new normal, and pointed out that "China's development is still in an important period of strategic opportunity." We should strengthen our confidence, proceed from the stage characteristics of China's current economic development, adapt to the new normal, and maintain a common mentality in our strategy. " The new normal of economy not only points out the direction of our country's economic development in the future, but also has a series of far-reaching effects on the current legal system of our country. If we want to realize the sustainable development of our country's economy under the new normal state of economy, we must establish the relevant legal system suitable to the new normal state of China's economy, thus opening a new mode of constructing the new normal state of economy under the rule of law.
