【摘要】：成員權(quán)是農(nóng)民依法享有村集體經(jīng)濟(jì)組織各項(xiàng)權(quán)益的基礎(chǔ)。保障農(nóng)民集體經(jīng)濟(jì)組織成員權(quán)是農(nóng)村土地法律制度改革創(chuàng)新的一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)性工作,是解決好農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營問題的重點(diǎn)之一。深化農(nóng)村土地制度改革,建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,依法保障農(nóng)民合法權(quán)益,為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)勁動力,必須重視完善村集體經(jīng)濟(jì)組織成員權(quán)的相關(guān)理念和制度,積極完善法律保障措施,構(gòu)建面向村集體組織成員權(quán)的綜合信息服務(wù)體系,重視豐富成員權(quán)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。
[Abstract]:Membership right is the basis on which farmers enjoy the rights and interests of village collective economic organizations according to law. Protecting the rights of farmers' collective economic organizations is a basic work in the reform and innovation of rural land legal system, and is one of the key points to solve the problem of rural land contract management. Deepening the reform of the rural land system, building a new socialist countryside, promoting agricultural modernization, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of peasants in accordance with the law will provide a strong impetus for sustained and healthy economic and social development. We must attach importance to perfecting the relevant concepts and systems of the membership rights of village collective economic organizations, actively improve the legal safeguards, construct a comprehensive information service system oriented to the membership rights of village collective organizations, and attach importance to the realization of rich membership rights.
