【摘要】：藥品是生活的必需品,藥品安全更是重大的民生問題。由于虛假藥品廣告泛濫,嚴(yán)重影響醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)的正常秩序。如何解決這些問題,本文從立法執(zhí)法、投訴制度、信息普及和行業(yè)自律等方面提出解決辦法,從而達(dá)到提高有關(guān)法律部門執(zhí)法效率、規(guī)范藥品廣告市場(chǎng)秩序、保障人民群眾切身利益的目的。
[Abstract]:Medicine is a necessity of life, drug safety is a major livelihood problem.As a result of false drug advertising flooding, seriously affect the normal order of the pharmaceutical market.How to solve these problems, this article from the legislative enforcement, complaint system, information popularization and industry self-discipline and other aspects of the solution, so as to improve the law enforcement efficiency of relevant legal departments, standardize the order of the drug advertising market.The purpose of safeguarding the vital interests of the people.
