【摘要】：正8月28日中國銀監(jiān)會就《中國進(jìn)出口銀行監(jiān)督管理辦法》(征求意見稿)和《中國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展銀行監(jiān)督管理辦法》(征求意見稿)向社會公開征求意見。8月30日國家發(fā)展改革委、中國人民銀行、中國保監(jiān)會等31個部門聯(lián)合發(fā)布《關(guān)于對保險領(lǐng)域違法失信相關(guān)責(zé)任主體實(shí)施聯(lián)合懲戒的合作備忘錄》。
[Abstract]:On August 28, the CBRC publicly solicited opinions from the public on the measures for Supervision and Administration of the Import and Export Bank of China (draft for opinions) and the measures for Supervision and Administration of the Agricultural Development Bank of China (draft for opinions). On August 30, the State Development and Reform Commission,The people's Bank of China, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission and other 31 departments jointly issued the Memorandum of Cooperation on the Joint punishment of the parties responsible for breach of Credit in the Field of Insurance.
