【摘要】：自從2000年"走出去"戰(zhàn)略提出以來,我國企業(yè)在對(duì)外投資合作中表現(xiàn)非常活躍,并且呈現(xiàn)出結(jié)構(gòu)和路徑逐漸明確以及地域和行業(yè)持續(xù)多元化的特征。但同時(shí),我國企業(yè)海外投資仍面臨著違約風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、并購后整合失敗的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、外匯損失風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、交易價(jià)值損失風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等。為有效避免這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn),我國企業(yè)并購海外企業(yè)時(shí),必須制定清晰的戰(zhàn)略,并有效執(zhí)行相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)能力建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Since the "going out" strategy was put forward in 2000, Chinese enterprises have been very active in foreign investment and cooperation, and have shown the characteristics of structure and path being gradually clear, as well as regional and industry continuous diversification.But at the same time, the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises still faces the risk of default, the risk of failure of integration after merger and acquisition, the risk of foreign exchange loss, the risk of loss of transaction value, etc.In order to avoid these risks effectively, Chinese enterprises must make clear strategies, carry out relevant strategies, and strengthen the construction of enterprises' capacity.
