【摘要】：正始于去年7月份的萬科股權(quán)事件已經(jīng)過去了1年多,至今仍是懸而未決。萬科股權(quán)之爭,本質(zhì)上是公司治理問題,而公司治理又是法律問題。對萬科股權(quán)之爭進(jìn)行討論,要從公司治理出發(fā)來探討如何在法律框架下協(xié)調(diào)保護各方利益,尤其是股東權(quán)益,并對各方行為進(jìn)行監(jiān)督。萬科股權(quán)之爭引發(fā)如此之多的爭議,則說明了中國在公司治理方面還缺乏基本的共識。這一欄目推薦的三篇碩士研究生論
[Abstract]:More than a year has passed since the Vanke stock issue, which began in July last year, is still pending. The dispute over Vanke's ownership is essentially a matter of corporate governance, and corporate governance is a legal issue. From the perspective of corporate governance, we should explore how to coordinate and protect the interests of all parties, especially the interests of shareholders, under the legal framework, and supervise the actions of all parties. The dispute over Vanke's ownership has caused so many disputes. This shows that there is still a lack of basic consensus on corporate governance in China.
