【摘要】：科技發(fā)展引發(fā)新的社會(huì)問題和法律矛盾,專車興起帶來的正面作用與消極影響跟代駕存在相似,卻又有各有特色。為了便利民眾生活,維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,本文將通過分析專車與代駕的異同,為將新生事物納入法治運(yùn)行軌道提出建議。
[Abstract]:The development of science and technology has caused new social problems and legal contradictions. The positive and negative effects brought about by the rise of special cars are similar to those of acting drivers, but each has its own characteristics. In order to facilitate people's lives and maintain the stable operation of society, Through analyzing the similarities and differences between special car and substitute driving, this paper puts forward some suggestions for bringing new things into the orbit of rule by law.
