【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力配置得科學(xué)與否直接關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力能否得到有效實(shí)現(xiàn)。過多非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的摻入與干擾導(dǎo)致當(dāng)前許多經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力的配置偏離了經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力運(yùn)行的本質(zhì)要求。將"無知之幕"理論引入經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力的配置中,可以從程序上最大限度地排除諸如部門利益等非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力配置改革的不利影響。在實(shí)體方面,科學(xué)配置經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力就是要尊重經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律,以經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)待規(guī)制對(duì)象的經(jīng)濟(jì)屬性為準(zhǔn)則來重塑政府的經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)力配置模式。
[Abstract]:The scientific allocation of economic power is directly related to the effective realization of economic power, and too many non-economic factors lead to the current allocation of economic power deviating from the essential requirements of economic power operation. Will " The theory of "the curtain of ignorance" is introduced into the allocation of economic power. It is possible to exclude the negative effects of non-economic factors such as sectoral interests on the reform of economic power allocation to the maximum extent from the procedural aspect. In the substantive aspect, the scientific allocation of economic power is to respect economic laws. The economic property of the target in the economic field is taken as the criterion to reshape the economic power allocation mode of the government.
