【摘要】：針對(duì)我國(guó)實(shí)施違法建設(shè)有效治理存在的治理理念不清晰、法律制度不健全、行政程序不規(guī)范、執(zhí)法行為不嚴(yán)格等問(wèn)題,本文有針對(duì)性地梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)違法建設(shè)的治理思想與法律特征、治理主體與執(zhí)行程序、具體措施與處罰規(guī)定等方面的內(nèi)容,破解相關(guān)法律難題,為我國(guó)違法建設(shè)治理法治化、制度化、規(guī)范化提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:In view of China's implementation of effective governance of illegal construction of the concept of governance is not clear, the legal system is not perfect, the administrative procedures are not standardized, not strict law enforcement issues, this paper introduces the domestic and foreign related illegal construction governance and legal characteristics of governance bodies and execution procedures, specific measures and penalties. The contents of crack related legal problems for the construction of illegal law governance in China, institutionalized, standardized to provide reference.
