【摘要】：專車糾紛隨著專車服務的興起與日俱增,但投訴處理體系尚不完善。專車法律地位不明、聯系方式有限、處理標準缺失、監(jiān)管單位不明等極大阻礙了消費者相關權利的行使,進而不利于整個行業(yè)的發(fā)展。結合國外專車運營及國內優(yōu)質電商售后服務的經驗,在加強專車相關立法的同時,須成立專門監(jiān)管機構、行業(yè)自律組織等加強監(jiān)管,并通過完善專車企業(yè)內部管理體制,如核查車輛司機的資質確保其為一個用車平臺服務、主動承擔相應舉證責任、完善公示及跟蹤等服務、定期分析數據研討改進措施等,逐步建立起專車糾紛投訴處理體系,完善相應售后服務,提升"互聯網+"消費體驗。
[Abstract]:With the rise of special car service, the complaint handling system is not perfect. Special vehicles, such as unclear legal status, limited contact ways, lack of processing standards and unknown supervision units, have greatly hindered the exercise of relevant rights of consumers, which is not conducive to the development of the industry as a whole. Combined with foreign car operations and domestic electricity supplier of high quality customer service service experience, to strengthen the car related legislation at the same time, to set up a special supervision mechanism, strengthen supervision and self-discipline, and by improving the internal management system of car enterprises, such as the verification of the vehicle driver qualification to ensure it is a car platform, active service shall bear the burden of proof and improve the publicity and tracking service, regular analysis of data on the improvement measures, and gradually establish a special dispute complaint handling system, perfect the corresponding customer service service, enhance the "Internet plus" consumer experience.
