【摘要】：當(dāng)代動物權(quán)利運動的主將湯姆.雷根提出的動物權(quán)利論遮蔽了道德共同體成員的理性和道德義務(wù)這兩個道德理論中的核心概念,忽視了理性、義務(wù)在構(gòu)建道德共同體中的必要性,也不能在邏輯上全面地說明動物與人類之間以及動物之間的關(guān)系。康德主義的道德哲學(xué)則僅通過"實踐理性"這一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),即可合理說明人與動物在道德上的不同地位,也能更好地解釋和指導(dǎo)人類利用和保護(hù)動物的實踐。
[Abstract]:Tom, the principal of the contemporary animal rights movement. The animal rights theory put forward by Reagan covers the core concepts of rationality and moral obligation of the members of the moral community and ignores the rationality and the necessity of the obligation in the construction of the moral community. Nor can the relationship between animals and humans and between animals be described in a logical and comprehensive way. Kant's moral philosophy can explain the different moral status between human beings and animals only by the criterion of "practical rationality", and can better explain and guide the practice of using and protecting animals.
