【摘要】：非洲國家環(huán)境權(quán)入憲甚為顯著,已有24國循此做法,多數(shù)國家將其規(guī)定在權(quán)利法案部分,在權(quán)利義務(wù)配置上亦各有其做法。同時(shí),越來越多的國家允許公民依據(jù)憲法環(huán)境權(quán)條款提起環(huán)境公益訴訟。
[Abstract]:The constitutionality of environmental rights in African countries is remarkable, and 24 countries have followed this approach. Most countries have stipulated it in part of the Bill of Rights and have their own approaches in the allocation of rights and obligations. At the same time, more and more countries allow citizens to file environmental public interest litigation according to the provisions of constitutional environmental rights.
