【摘要】：在快速城市化的背景下,城市發(fā)展對于土地的需求日益增加,同時由于產(chǎn)業(yè)更替,部分城區(qū)內(nèi)工廠向外搬遷,對于其遺留棕地的改造和利用,逐漸成為當(dāng)今時代的研究熱點。通過對美國、歐洲等發(fā)達(dá)國家的棕地開發(fā)和利用的相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)和政策以及相關(guān)的棕地改造案例進(jìn)行分析和研究,探討我國棕地治理和改造的策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid urbanization, the demand for land in urban development is increasing day by day. At the same time, as a result of industrial turnover, factories in some urban areas are moving out, and the transformation and utilization of brown land left behind. Through the analysis and research on the laws, regulations and policies related to the development and utilization of brown land in developed countries such as the United States and Europe, as well as related cases of brownfield transformation, This paper discusses the strategies for the management and transformation of brown land in China.
