【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)對能源的關(guān)注和能源發(fā)展的需要,能源法學(xué)研究日益繁榮。實(shí)證分析30年來我國能源法學(xué)研究與能源法治建設(shè)之間的基本關(guān)系,可以看出我國的能源法學(xué)研究主要與能源立法和能源法制建設(shè)相依相伴,先導(dǎo)性不足;能源法學(xué)基本理論研究、能源法學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)最為薄弱,尚不能為能源、能源法的發(fā)展提供深厚有力的理論支撐。能源法學(xué)研究應(yīng)沿著能源法學(xué)發(fā)展和能源發(fā)展的方向,與相關(guān)法學(xué)學(xué)科緊密銜接,進(jìn)一步提升水平。
[Abstract]:With the attention of the society to energy and the need of energy development, the research of energy law has become more and more prosperous. It can be seen that the study of energy law in China is mainly accompanied by the dependence of energy legislation and the construction of energy legal system, and the leading problems are insufficient; the basic theoretical study of energy law is the weakest in the subject construction of energy law, and it is not yet available for energy. The research of energy law should follow the direction of the development of energy law and energy development, and be closely linked with the relevant legal disciplines to further improve the level.
