【摘要】：學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)濟(jì)法知識(shí)是為了提高會(huì)計(jì)人員的綜合素質(zhì)。在會(huì)計(jì)職稱考試中,《經(jīng)濟(jì)法》考試涉及的內(nèi)容共有九章,其基本結(jié)構(gòu)可概括為四部分:總論部分為第一章,是經(jīng)濟(jì)法基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)部分;企業(yè)法部分包括第二章《公司法》、第三章《個(gè)人獨(dú)資企業(yè)和合伙企業(yè)法律制度》、第四章《外商投資企業(yè)法》、第五章《破產(chǎn)法》;市場行為規(guī)則法部分包括第六章《證券法》、第七章《票據(jù)法》、第八章《合同法》;宏觀調(diào)控法部分為第九章《相關(guān)財(cái)政法律制度》�！督�(jīng)濟(jì)法》試題的命題有其規(guī)律和特點(diǎn),為此要掌握學(xué)習(xí)技巧,應(yīng)對(duì)考試要求。
[Abstract]:The study of economic law is to improve the comprehensive quality of accountants. In the examination of accounting title, there are nine chapters involved in the examination of "Economic Law", and its basic structure can be summarized into four parts: the first chapter is the general part, which is the part of basic knowledge of economic law; The part of Enterprise Law includes Chapter 2 "Company Law", Chapter 3 "legal system of individual proprietorship Enterprise and Partnership Enterprise", Chapter 4 "Enterprise Law with Foreign Investment", Chapter 5 "bankruptcy Law"; The law of market behavior rules includes Chapter 6 Securities Law, Chapter 7 Bill Law, Chapter 8 contract Law; The part of macro-control law is Chapter 9 "related Financial Law system". The proposition of "Economic Law" question has its rules and characteristics. Therefore, we should master the learning skills and meet the requirements of the examination.
