【摘要】：正 《中華人民共和國證券法》(以下簡稱《證券法》)的頒布,是我國證券市場法制建設(shè)的一件大事,對我國證券市場和整個社會經(jīng)濟的積極作用在于它具有現(xiàn)實適應(yīng)性、可操作性和風(fēng)險防范性。一、《證券法》具有現(xiàn)實適應(yīng)性 1.對現(xiàn)行法規(guī)的適應(yīng)性。我國證券市場經(jīng)過十多年的發(fā)展,不僅擁有了800多家上市公司、幾千萬投資者,還出臺了《公司法》、《股票發(fā)行與交易管理暫行條例》、深滬《證券交易所上市規(guī)則》等一系列法規(guī)
