【摘要】：正國(guó)有改制企業(yè)黨建工作和經(jīng)營(yíng)培訓(xùn)工作如何兩促進(jìn)、兩加強(qiáng)是當(dāng)前國(guó)有企業(yè)改制工作中亟待研究的重大理論,作者結(jié)合實(shí)際工作的體會(huì),作如下探討。國(guó)有改制企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀(一)在改制成立過程中,做到了"四個(gè)同步"、"九個(gè)不變"。改制企業(yè)在改制的過程中,基本上都嚴(yán)格按照《公司法》等相關(guān)法律法規(guī),貫徹執(zhí)行了"四個(gè)同步"、"九個(gè)不變"。"四個(gè)同步"是:"企業(yè)改制、籌建新的企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)體系與建立健全黨的組織同步;醞釀選舉產(chǎn)生董事會(huì)、監(jiān)事會(huì)、配備企業(yè)行政經(jīng)營(yíng)班子與配
