【摘要】：正 一、新形勢(shì)下勞動(dòng)法制建設(shè)的任務(wù) 國(guó)家要求“八五”期間,要通過(guò)建立比較完備的經(jīng)濟(jì)法規(guī)體系,使各方面的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系和經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)有法可依。要抓緊制定《計(jì)劃法》、《預(yù)算法》、《銀行法》、《投資法》、《公司法》、《價(jià)格法》、《市場(chǎng)法》、《勞動(dòng)法》、《工資法》和《審計(jì)法》等基本經(jīng)濟(jì)法律法規(guī),并切實(shí)加強(qiáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)監(jiān)督和經(jīng)濟(jì)司法工作。按照這一要求,“八五”期間以及今后十年,勞動(dòng)法制工作的主要任務(wù)是:加快勞動(dòng)立法步伐,繼續(xù)建立和完善有中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義勞動(dòng)法規(guī)體系,建立健全勞動(dòng)執(zhí)法、法規(guī)監(jiān)督
[Abstract]:First, under the new situation, the task of the construction of the labor legal system requires that during the "eighth Five-Year Plan" period, a relatively complete system of economic laws and regulations should be established so that all aspects of economic relations and economic activities can be governed by laws and regulations. It is necessary to expeditiously formulate basic economic laws and regulations, such as the Planning Law, the Budget Law, the Banking Law, the Investment Law, the Company Law, the Price Law, the Market Law, the Labor Law, the wage Law, and the Audit Law, and conscientiously strengthen economic supervision and economic judicial work. In accordance with this requirement, during the eighth Five-Year Plan period and in the next ten years, the main tasks of the work of the labor legal system are to accelerate the pace of labor legislation, to continue to establish and improve the socialist labor law system with Chinese characteristics, and to establish and perfect the labor law enforcement system.
