【摘要】：正一個(gè)慌了神的首席法務(wù)官會(huì)在公司CEO和董事會(huì)面前表現(xiàn)得無能無用,并從此被打入冷宮而被認(rèn)為無法擔(dān)當(dāng)重任,因?yàn)樗鄙偈紫▌?wù)官必備的核心能力——控制力首席法務(wù)官(General Counsel,下稱GC)的控制力不是表現(xiàn)在正常情況下的超常發(fā)揮,而是表現(xiàn)在超常情況下的正常發(fā)揮,面對(duì)重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和突發(fā)事件,任何一位公司GC都希望能從容應(yīng)對(duì),并能信心滿滿地向CEO和董事會(huì)保證,一切皆在自己掌控之下。為此,GC需要不斷修煉和提升自己的控制力,這種控制力與其專業(yè)度、經(jīng)驗(yàn)值、權(quán)威性和決斷力息息相關(guān),并隨著公司法務(wù)管理的邊界蔓延而充滿變數(shù)。
[Abstract]:A panicked chief justice officer would have been rendered incompetent in front of the company's CEO and board of directors, and had since been dismissed as unable to take on important responsibilities. Because he lacks the essential core competence of the chief legal officer-control, General Counselor (hereafter referred to as GCC)-the ability to control is not shown in the normal situation, but in the normal situation. In the face of major risks and emergencies, any company, GC, wants to be calm and confident enough to assure CEO and the board that everything is under its control. Therefore, GC needs to train and improve its own control, which is closely related to its degree of expertise, experience, authority and determination, and full of variables with the spread of the boundaries of the company's forensic management.
