【摘要】：2014年3月1日,修正后的《公司法》開始實(shí)施,本次修改取消了對公司注冊資本最低限額的限制,也不再限制公司設(shè)立時股東的首次出資比例,降低了公司的設(shè)立門檻,激發(fā)了投資者投資創(chuàng)業(yè)的熱情。下文擬從取消注冊資本最低限額的合理性角度出發(fā),進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:In March 1st 2014, the amended Company Law came into effect. The amendment removed the minimum limit on the registered capital of the company, and no longer restricted the proportion of shareholders' initial contribution when the company was established, thus lowering the threshold for the establishment of the company. This paper discusses the rationality of canceling the minimum amount of registered capital.
