【摘要】：正 隨著我國股份制改革試點(diǎn)及進(jìn)程的加快,企業(yè)內(nèi)部職工股發(fā)展日趨迅速,并已成為當(dāng)前理論界和實(shí)際部門輿論的一大熱點(diǎn)。我國企業(yè)內(nèi)部職工股的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢如何?問題及癥結(jié)何在?有無可行的因應(yīng)對策以確保企業(yè)內(nèi)部職工持股走出誤區(qū)并健康發(fā)展?本文擬就上述問題作簡略探討。一、我國企業(yè)內(nèi)部職工股的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀企業(yè)內(nèi)部職工股是指定向募集股份有限公司的職工作為投資者持有的本企業(yè)(公司)發(fā)行的股票。其規(guī)范叫法應(yīng)稱“職工個人股”,即股份企業(yè)職工所持本企業(yè)的股份。在股份經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)范化的西方國家,企業(yè)內(nèi)部職工持股是一種并不鮮見的現(xiàn)象�！稓W洲十四國公司法》將企業(yè)內(nèi)部職工持股定義為“雇員股”,各國對雇員雖未在法律上加以明確限定,但
[Abstract]:With the speeding up of the pilot and process of stock system reform in our country, the employees' stock in enterprises is developing rapidly, and has become a hot spot of public opinion in the field of theory and practice at present. What is the present situation and trend of the development of employees' shares in enterprises in our country? What is the problem and the crux of the problem? Is there any feasible countermeasures to ensure that the stock ownership of employees within the enterprise out of the misunderstanding and healthy development? This paper intends to make a brief discussion on the above problems. The present situation of the Development of employees' shares in Enterprises in China the internal staff and workers' shares in enterprises refer to the stocks issued by the enterprises (companies) held by the staff and workers of the company as investors. Its standard name should be called "the individual shares of the staff and workers". "that is, the shares held by the employees of a shareholding enterprise.
