犯罪嫌疑人供詞的真實(shí)性通常決定著案件能否成功破獲，因此，在訊問(wèn)中識(shí)別犯罪嫌疑人是否在撒謊十分重要。本研究從法律心理語(yǔ)言學(xué)的角度入手，首先探討了導(dǎo)致犯罪嫌疑人撒謊的心理原因和伴隨撒謊的心理過(guò)程，并發(fā)現(xiàn)這些心理動(dòng)因及過(guò)程在犯罪嫌疑人的言語(yǔ)中會(huì)有所體現(xiàn)。通過(guò)梳理前人對(duì)欺騙的語(yǔ)言線索的研究，我們整理出了最為常見(jiàn)的幾類欺騙的語(yǔ)言線索。以Vrij研究欺騙心理及其語(yǔ)言線索的模式為基礎(chǔ)，我們建構(gòu)了一個(gè)分析框架，用于揭示欺騙心理與欺騙的語(yǔ)言線索之間的關(guān)系。由畏罪心理派生出的僥幸心理和抗拒心理是導(dǎo)致犯罪嫌疑人撒謊的直接心理原因；犯罪嫌疑人在撒謊的過(guò)程中同時(shí)經(jīng)歷三個(gè)心理過(guò)程，即情緒、內(nèi)容復(fù)雜性和行為控制的心理過(guò)程。這些心理動(dòng)因和過(guò)程在供詞的語(yǔ)言中都有所體現(xiàn)。這些語(yǔ)言線索有著以下特性：較高的間接性，消極性，較低的復(fù)雜性和具體性，以及不相關(guān)性。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)并探討了十一種具體的欺騙語(yǔ)言線索。我們依據(jù)上述三個(gè)心理過(guò)程將這些語(yǔ)言線索分成了三類，即情緒類、內(nèi)容復(fù)雜類和行為控制類。本研究通過(guò)對(duì)二十二篇虛假供詞語(yǔ)篇的分析發(fā)現(xiàn)：五種欺騙的語(yǔ)言線索出現(xiàn)的頻率顯著高于其他線索；這五種語(yǔ)言線索在虛假供詞中同時(shí)出現(xiàn)的情況清楚地揭示了撒...
