【摘要】：正圍繞政法經(jīng)費保障體制改革情況,先后深入廊坊市及環(huán)首都部分縣區(qū)開展了實地調(diào)研。通過一系列深入基層、深入一線調(diào)研走訪、座談交流,掌握了大量第一手材料,為下一步開展工作、制定政策提供了參考。一、河北省政法經(jīng)費保障體制改革進展情況河北省從2009年開始全面實施政法經(jīng)費保障體制改革。改革實施三年來,中央共補助河北省政法轉(zhuǎn)移支付資金45.63億元,省級配套33.53億元。通過集中投入和建設(shè),全省政法機關(guān)特別是縣級政法機關(guān)辦案業(yè)務(wù)
