【摘要】：改造罪犯一直是監(jiān)獄最主要的任務(wù),從古至今,這個主題從未變過。近年來,鑒于罪犯本身的年齡、經(jīng)歷、文化水平、思想、性格、罪行輕重和危險性程度的不同,改造罪犯逐漸向個別化教育的趨勢發(fā)展。而女性罪犯由于其顯著的性別特征,其個別化改造方式有別于男性,值得單獨研究。本文共分四個篇幅展開論述,自成體系。開篇中從女性罪犯改造中存在的問題入手展開,分別闡述了女性罪犯改造中的心理問題、人格障礙以及預(yù)期障礙,接下來從女性性別特殊性出發(fā),對女性罪犯的主體性、優(yōu)先性、社會性價值進行了考量,在第三章中,深入探討了影響女性個別化改造的三大要素,從而找到了實施個別化改造的理論與實踐依據(jù)。第四章是個別化改造的措施以及保障,從勞動、個別化教育、心理矯治三位一體進行了詳盡論述和研討。在保障手段中,對警力、場所與社會進行了簡單的論述。本文的重點在于立足監(jiān)獄工作的實際,以基層一線警察的視角分析了當(dāng)前監(jiān)獄改造工作中存在的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決方法。
[Abstract]:The reform of criminals has always been the most important task of the prison, a theme that has never changed since ancient times. In recent years, in view of the difference of age, experience, education level, thought, character, seriousness of crime and dangerous degree of criminals themselves, the tendency of reforming criminals to individualized education has been gradually developed. Because of their distinctive gender characteristics, female offenders are different from men in their individualized transformation, so it is worth studying separately. This article is divided into four chapters to discuss the system. In the beginning of the chapter, the author starts with the problems existing in the reform of female criminals, expounds the psychological problems, personality obstacles and expected obstacles in the reform of female criminals, and then starts from the gender particularity of women, and discusses the subjectivity of female criminals. In the third chapter, the author deeply discusses the three factors that affect the individualized transformation of women, and finds out the theoretical and practical basis for implementing the individualized transformation. The fourth chapter is the measures of individualized transformation and protection, from labor, individualized education, psychological correction trinity discussed and discussed in detail. In the safeguard means, has carried on the simple elaboration to the police force, the place and the society. The emphasis of this paper is to base on the practice of prison work, to analyze the problems existing in the current prison reform work from the perspective of the first-line police at the grass-roots level, and to put forward the corresponding solutions.
