【摘要】：近年中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,帶來(lái)了法律服務(wù)市場(chǎng)的巨大空間,也引發(fā)了律師事務(wù)所之間進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的浪潮,但因經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及文化傳統(tǒng)等方面的原因,廣西律師事務(wù)所與區(qū)內(nèi)外律師事務(wù)所建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的情形并不多見(jiàn)。因此從構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的視角對(duì)廣西律師事務(wù)所的變革管理進(jìn)行研究,不僅可為事務(wù)所變革所遇到的沖突與阻力找到妥善的解決方案,為律師事務(wù)所順利實(shí)現(xiàn)其變革提供參考,同時(shí)也可為廣西律師事務(wù)所的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供思路和啟示。本文從構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的角度,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法等方法對(duì)廣西YD律師事務(wù)所(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)"YD律師事務(wù)所")的變革進(jìn)行研究。文章首先運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,對(duì)YD律師事務(wù)所的內(nèi)部條件和外部環(huán)境狀況進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,了解其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手及所處的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位;其次闡述YD律師事務(wù)所與DC律師事務(wù)所構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的原因,及構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟過(guò)程中所遇到的沖突與阻力。最后根據(jù)組織變革管理理論,對(duì)YD律師事務(wù)所變革目標(biāo)、流程進(jìn)行規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì),在思維模式、業(yè)務(wù)管理、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、職能管理(含技術(shù)、人力資源管理等)、文化等方面采取具體的變革措施,以保證變革的順利實(shí)施,并提出應(yīng)采取重新設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度、鼓勵(lì)有變革意圖的行為、微調(diào)等措施,使變革得以融入組織并持續(xù)。在文章的最后,提出構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟應(yīng)把人力資源培訓(xùn)模式的統(tǒng)一放在首要地位、應(yīng)考慮將業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展思路及業(yè)務(wù)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的創(chuàng)新觀點(diǎn),為廣西律師事務(wù)所今后進(jìn)行類(lèi)似的變革提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The development of China's economy in recent years has brought huge space to the legal service market, and also triggered a wave of strategic alliances among law firms. However, due to economic development and cultural traditions and other reasons, The establishment of strategic alliance between Guangxi law firms and law firms in and outside the region is rare. Therefore, to study the change management of Guangxi law firms from the perspective of constructing strategic alliance can not only find a proper solution for the conflicts and resistance encountered in the reform of law firms, but also provide a reference for the law firms to successfully realize their changes. At the same time, it can also provide ideas and inspiration for the sustainable development of Guangxi law firms. From the angle of constructing strategic alliance, this paper studies the reform of Guangxi YD law firm (hereinafter referred to as "YD law firm") by the methods of literature research, investigation, experience summary and so on. Firstly, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the internal conditions and external environmental conditions of YD law firm by using the theory of enterprise strategic management to understand its competitors and market competition position. Secondly, the paper expounds the reasons of establishing strategic alliance between YD law firm and DC law firm, and the conflict and resistance encountered in the process of constructing strategic alliance. Finally, according to the theory of organizational change management, this paper plans and designs the reform goal, process, thinking mode, business management, organization structure, function management (including technology, human resource management, etc.) of YD law firm. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the change, culture and other aspects take concrete measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the change, and put forward that we should take measures such as redesigning the reward system, encouraging the behavior with the intention of change, fine-tuning and so on, so that the change can be integrated into the organization and continue. At the end of the article, it is proposed that the unity of human resource training mode should be put in the first place in the construction of strategic alliance, and the innovative viewpoint of unifying business development thinking and business charge standard should be considered. For Guangxi law firms to carry out similar changes in the future to provide reference.
