【摘要】：正檢察機(jī)關(guān)案件集中管理改革,是在遵循司法規(guī)律和檢察工作規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒和運(yùn)用扁平化管理、流程再造等現(xiàn)代管理理論,對(duì)案件管理工作機(jī)制進(jìn)行的革新,對(duì)規(guī)范執(zhí)法行為,提高辦案質(zhì)量和工作效能具有十分重要的意義。目前,案件集中管理改革尚處于起步階段,各地檢察機(jī)關(guān)的實(shí)踐探索需要立足實(shí)踐,深刻把握其理論根基,科學(xué)理性地予以推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The reform of centralized case management in procuratorial organs is a reform of the work mechanism of case management based on the law of judicature and procuratorial work, drawing lessons from and applying modern management theories, such as flat management and process reengineering, etc. It is of great significance to standardize law enforcement behavior, improve the quality of handling cases and work efficiency. At present, the reform of centralized case management is still in its infancy, and the practice and exploration of procuratorial organs in various places need to be based on practice, deeply grasp its theoretical foundation, and carry it forward scientifically and rationally.
