【摘要】：正本刊訊(記者李華斌李川)最高人民法院2011年度審判理論重大課題驗收會10月19日在天津召開。最高人民法院黨組副書記、副院長張軍主持驗收會并講話。張軍在驗收會上指出,本次課題驗收工作是最高人民法院高度重視理論研究工作的具體體現(xiàn),目的是要確保研究成果的正確方向、學術質量和應用價值。驗收情況顯示,
