【摘要】：近年來(lái),司法供需矛盾即人民法院的司法供給與人民群眾的司法需求之間的矛盾日益尖銳化。司法領(lǐng)域資源/利益配置不均衡是導(dǎo)致司法供需矛盾尖銳化的重要原因。實(shí)現(xiàn)司法供需平衡,必須均衡司法領(lǐng)域的資源/利益配置,為此,應(yīng)當(dāng)通過(guò)推進(jìn)司法供給側(cè)改革,加強(qiáng)司法需求側(cè)管理,增強(qiáng)司法供給,規(guī)范司法需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the contradiction between the judicial supply and demand of the people's court and the people's judicial demand has become increasingly sharp. The imbalance of resource / benefit allocation in judicial field is an important reason leading to sharp contradiction between supply and demand of judicature. To achieve the balance of judicial supply and demand, we must balance the allocation of resources / interests in the judicial field. Therefore, we should promote the judicial supply-side reform, strengthen the judicial demand-side management, strengthen the judicial supply and standardize the judicial demand.
