【摘要】：我國檢察機(jī)關(guān)作為法律監(jiān)督機(jī)關(guān),不僅履行偵查職能、起訴職能,而且依法對訴訟活動(dòng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)督,其中任務(wù)之一就是保障辯護(hù)權(quán)充分、有效地行使。修改后刑訴法生效之后,如何保證檢察機(jī)關(guān)在有效履行追訴職能的同時(shí),又能充分保障被追訴人的辯護(hù)權(quán),是需要深入研究和思考的問題。為更好地貫徹實(shí)施修改后刑訴法,全面保障當(dāng)事人合法權(quán)益,促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定,日前本刊聯(lián)合中國政法大學(xué)"刑事辯護(hù)制度研究"創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì),以刑訴法修改為視角,舉辦"檢察機(jī)關(guān)訴訟監(jiān)督職能作用發(fā)揮與辯護(hù)權(quán)的保障"座談會(huì),邀請有關(guān)專家學(xué)者和實(shí)務(wù)界人士就相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:As a legal supervision organ, the procuratorial organ of our country not only performs the function of investigation and prosecution, but also supervises the litigation activities according to law. One of the tasks is to ensure the full and effective exercise of the right of defense. After the revision of the Criminal procedure Law comes into effect, how to ensure that the procuratorial organ can effectively perform the function of prosecution, and at the same time fully protect the accused person's right of defense, is a problem that needs to be studied and pondered in depth. In order to better implement the revised Criminal procedure Law, fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, and promote social harmony and stability, our journal joined the innovative team of the "Criminal Defense system Research" of the China University of political Science and Law in the perspective of the revision of the Criminal procedure Law. A forum on "the role of procuratorial organs in the supervision of litigation and the protection of the right to defense" was held, inviting relevant experts, scholars and practitioners to discuss relevant issues.
